"For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." - Jeremiah 29:11 (NIV)

I developed a passion for this work after experiencing the power of healing and transformation in my own journey, and I believe this is the work to which I have been called.  I meet with people where they are in their brokenness, and I consider it a great privilege to walk with them during the counseling process.  I believe strength, resilience, and perseverance comes a little easier when we have someone to walk alongside us in times of life struggle.

"When you go through deep waters, I will be with you..." - Isaiah 43:2 (NLT)

Most of us, if not all, experience some form of trauma or attachment wounding in our lives.  As a result, it is not uncommon for our lives to unravel in various ways.  My heart's passion is to walk through the deep waters with those who are wounded or broken, to let them know they are not alone in their hurt, and to help bring healing following such experiences.  I help my clients, who include individuals and couples, to find healthy perceptions of themselves and strengthen their relationships so they can know themselves as peaceful, whole, and safe.

"Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore get wisdom.  And in all your getting, get understanding." - Proverbs 4:7 (NKJV)

"And above all these, put on love, which binds everything together in perfect harmony." - Colossians 3:14 (ESV)
